This two day festival will feature up to 200 local and national artisans, food vendors, children’s activities, and live music. Scheduled for the first major weekend of the holiday shopping season, this festival is sure to be a success for artists and Marketplace shops alike.


SANTASure to become a favorite of the winter season, this holiday art festival is a superb shopping opportunity for those looking for that perfect one-of-a-kind gift. More than 150 artists and artisans will take part; festival attendees will find unparalleled variety and quality. Featured work will include jewelry, ceramics, painting, glass, photography, baked goods, crafts, fiber and
more. Artists will be showing and selling their own work. All proceeds from the Festival of the Arts will benefit the education programs of the Southern Arizona Arts & Cultural Alliance. This event will also feature a food drive to benefit those in need during the Holiday Season. Gift Wrapping will be available on site for all attendees! There will also be a special appearance from Santa Claus!

Northwest Corner of Oracle Rd. and Tangerine

The Oro Valley Marketplace is built on a 115-acre site at Oracle and Tangerine Roads in Oro Valley. Type
This is a NON-JURIED Art Festival.

All product must be hand made by the artisan. No resale of products is allowed.
The term “non-juried" refers to artists bringing items such as reproductions of only their own two dimensional work, production work, unlimited editions of photography, country crafts, ceramics made from commercial molds, jewelry made from purchased beads, stained glass or other items that employ the use of commercial patterns, and any item that is purchased and then embellished, including clothing. Production work, for the purposes of these shows, is defined as art or craft generated as a result of an original design by the applicant, which is then executed at an onsite facility/studio by a maximum of three employees of the applicant. The applicant must directly supervise the production and oversee those employees.
SAACA has the final authority to determine the classification of the applicant.

Application Deadline

All applications must be received 10 business days prior to the event for which you are applying for. All applications received AFTER the following dates at 5pm for the corresponding festival will be subject to a $25 late processing fee.

$200 SINGLE SPACE - 12ft w x 10ft d
$350 DOUBLE SPACE - 24ft w x 10ft d
$150 SINGLE SPACE TENT - 10ft w x 10ft d

$300 DOUBLE SPACE TENT - 20ft w x 10ft d
All applications must be accompanied by PAYMENT IN FULL, without payment, your space in the festival will not be reserved.

Space Details

This is an outdoor parking lot festival - CANOPIES, UMBRELLA OR TENTS ARE REQUIRED in the festival area. Artists MUST occupy their space for both days during the entirety of the festivals. Volunteers will be on hand to offer artist relief when needed. There is NO ELECTRIC OR WATER AVAILABLE ONSITE AT THIS FESTIVAL.

 

Set Up and Break Down
Friday, 11am-4pm.
Saturday Morning Before Event, 6:30am-8:30am.

Artists may set up ONLY on Friday morning from 11am-4pm and Saturday morning before each festival from 6:30am to 8:30am. You will be permitted to drive up to your space to unload and unload for a maximum of 45 minutes.
